Is this a subscription?
No. It's a one-year program paid in 12 monthly installments via Alma. There's no renewal: at the end of the year, we'll decide together on suitable next steps.
I'm not on Shopify, will that work?
Yes. The action plan and follow-up do not depend on your platform. For the technical aspects specific to your tool, we guide you, and your developer executes.
How is this different from an audit?
The scan is a quick and automated assessment that helps guide your plan. The audit is an in-depth expert diagnosis, presented via video conference with a report: it's a separate product.
What if something breaks?
Up to 5 quick fixes per year are included (20 min each). Beyond that, or for a more comprehensive development, we will provide you with a clear quote.
